This updated inventory reflects the items included with the sale of the Catalina 30 sailboat following a visual inspection on January 24, 2026. Each item lists its condition and notes any missing components.

-Electrical & Power
- Batteries: Two batteries replaced in 2024 with a two‑position selector; both are in great working condition.
- Running lights: All navigation running lights are operational.
- Cabin power: Cabin electrical system is working.
- Outlets: All cabin outlets upgraded to GFI in 2024 for water safety.
- Bow CT (bow light): Functioning properly.
- Master DC switch: Working correctly.
- Fuse panel: Newer fuse panel installed; only the stereo and cabin lights circuits are wired; fridge, fan and accessory circuits are not connected.
- AC main: Shore‑power AC main breaker operating correctly.
- VHF radio: Functional VHF radio included.
- AM/FM stereo: New in 2024 with two zones and four speakers for cabin and deck; working properly.
- Autopilot: There is no autopilot system installed; only remnants of old rigging are present.
- Interior lighting: Cabin lighting has been upgraded to modern LED fixtures (2023) with low power draw.
Navigation & Instrumentation
- Speed/distance gauge: Turns on but the lens is cracked and effectively unusable; replacement recommended.
- Depth gauge: Functions correctly and provides reliable depth reading.
- Navigation electronics: No GPS, chart plotter, or AIS system are installed; the boat predates these technologies.
Rigging & Sails
- Standing rigging: Visually in good working order; last replacement date unknown.
- Running rigging: Used but in good condition with no fraying.
- Genoa: Furling genoa installed on the forestay and in good working order.
- Mainsail: Mainsail with a lazy‑jack system for easy single‑handed drops; good condition.
- Traveler: Traveler operates smoothly.
- Backstay: In good working order; operates as designed.
Deck & Hardware
- Spreader lights: Inspected and in good working order.
- Ground tackle: Primary anchor included with an estimated 30 - 40 ft of chain; no windlass or backup anchor; the anchor rode length has not been verified. There is currently no anchor rode connecting the boat to the anchor; it was cut and needs replacement.
- Bow cleat: Bow cleat present and functioning.
- Lifelines: Four lifelines; three in good working order and one on the starboard side requires a replaced shackle.
- Dock lines: Four new dock lines included.
- Propane grill: Deck‑mounted propane grill included.
- Deck seat cushions: Six cushions included; five in good condition, one needs a zipper repair.
Mechanical & Plumbing
- Engine: The boat is fitted with a marine Yanmar diesel engine (replacing the original outboard gasoline motor). The current owner believes the engine was installed around 2008, though the exact date is unknown. A video of the engine running properly is attached; it was serviced in September 2025 and includes a new small fuel filter.
- Fuel tank: Inspected in 2024; good condition.
- Bilge pump: Three‑position switch controlling auto and manual modes; pump tested and working. A new bilge float switch was installed in 2024.
- Water tank: 18‑gallon freshwater tank onboard.
- Macerator: Fuse present but no macerator pump installed.
- Head (toilet): Marine head is in good working condition.
Galley & Interior
- Stove: Two‑burner electric stove in good working order; used multiple times.
- Sinks: Two sinks (galley and head) with manual pumps; both pumps and drains function correctly.
- Cushions: Interior berth cushions include some original pieces and newer replacements; the replaced cushions are functional and comfortable.
- Cookware & tableware: Nearly‑new cookware set aboard (teapot, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates and bowls) used only a few times; can be removed upon request.
- Winch: Single winch for line handling in fair working order.
Comfort & Amenities
- Television: Brand-new 36-inch Ultra High Definition 4K TV installed in the V-berth (2024); included with the boat.
- Audio system: New radio installed (2024) providing entertainment and cabin audio.
Safety Equipment
- Life jackets: Five adult life vests and one child life vest included.
- Fire extinguishers: Three extinguishers replaced in 2023.
- Emergency flares: Two boxes of flares included.
- Horseshoe buoy: U.S. Coast Guard‑required horseshoe life ring, brand new in 2024, included.
